Where are the original cast of ‘Night Court’ now?

Unpopular opinion: I love reboots. It always makes us so happy to see some of our favorites come back to the silver screen and be transported back to the fictional worlds of our favorite TV shows.
Now, are these reboots any better than the originals? Rarely. But if you meet expectations, it’s always a good time. It’s nostalgia for us.

NBC’s latest Night Court reboot is doing just fine. Not only is the setting the same, Judge Abbey Stone taking over for his deceased father, Harry Stone, but it’s a very familiar one, with John Larroquette reprising his role as Dan Fielding. You can also get a face.
So where are the rest of the original cast now? Let’s find out!
John Larroquette (Dan Fielding) in “Night Court”

John Larroquette
As previously mentioned, 75-year-old John Larroquette is reprising his role as Dan Fielding, but this time as a public defense attorney rather than as a prosecutor. John had quite the career, appearing in popular shows such as The Librarian and The Good Fight.

Harry Anderson (Harry Stone) in “Night Court”
Harry Anderson played Judge Harry Stone in the original Night Court. Harry continued his acting career and opened his own comedy club.On April 16, 2018, Harry died in his sleep at the age of 65.

Marquee Post (Christine Sullivan) in “Night Court”

Marky Post played public defender Christine Sullivan and went on to appear on shows like Chicago PD and Kids Are Alright. On April 7, 2021, Markey passed away at the age of 70 after her four-year battle with cancer.

Charles Robinson (Mac) in “Night Court”

Charles Robinson played court clerk Mac Robinson, who continued to make his way through Hollywood in countless projects after Night Court ended. In recent years, he had appeared in episodes of widely popular series such as Grey’s Anatomy, This is Us, and NCIS. Charles sadly passed away on July 11, 2021 from cardiac arrest making him 75 years old.

Marsha Warfield (Roz) in “Night Court”
Marsha Warfield played bailiff Roz Russell in the original Night Court. She continues her acting as Hen’s mother Toni, most recently in the popular Fox series 9-1-1.

Sadly, not all of the original cast members can make an appearance in the reboot, but it would be really fun to see Roz or Bull return to Manhattan Criminal Court.
