Leia Forman turns 15 on the show and is played by 15-year-old Callie Havelda.

According to actress Callie Haverda’s IMDb page, the lead lady in That ’90s Show is actually exactly the same age as her character on screen. Callie was born on February 21, 2007.

Nate is about 16 or 17 years old on the show and is played by 17-year-old Maxwell Ace Donovan.
Nikki and Nate
Gwen (Ashley Oofderhyde) introduces Nate to Leia as her half-brother. “He’s cool,” said Gwen after Nate broke into her room. So if Gwen is also like Leia and she’s 15, Nate means she’s 16 or she’s 17. (At one point, Nate’s girlfriend Nikki even told Nate, “I turned down Senpai for you!”).

Gwen is about 15 years old on the show and is played by 17-year-old Ashley Orfuderhyde.

Leia and Gwen hit it off right away when they first met in the pilot episode of That ’90s Show. The two girls are in the same grade, presumably Gwen when she turns 15 (she’s younger than her half-brother Nate).
According to Netflix Life, Ashley Aufderheide is slightly older than her That ’90s Show character, considering her birthday is November 21, 2005. Ashley is 17 years old.

Jay Kelso is about 16 or 17 on the show and is played by 18-year-old Mace Coronel.

Mace Coronel plays the son of Ashton Kutcher’s That ’70s Show character Kelso, so it’s hard to believe that Ashton and Mace are actually father and son in real life! Jay Kelso would be 16-17, as they’re supposed to be the same age on That ’90s Show.
Off-screen, Mace is actually one of the oldest cast members playing a kid on That ’90s Show. She was born on March 10, 2004, so she is 18 years old.

Nicki is about 16 or 17 years old on the show and is played by 17-year-old Sam Morellos.

Nate struggles with anxiety when he finds Nikki spending a lot of time with a dedicated tutor. IRL, Sam Morelos was born on July 7, 2005 and is 17 years old.
