Hunter beef and chops

Pehle Jaan Phir jaan-e-jaan Phir tikka raan ho gaye Rafta rafta wo mere Frying pan ki Shaan ho Gaye

               

In this episode of food mania, we will be making steak out of a hunter beef and some chops for you to enjoy your eid with all its delight.

For hunter beef following things are required:

  1. Pepper
  2. Salt
  3. Soya sauce
  4. Ginger garlic paste
  5. Vinegar
  6. Chilli flakes

Method:

  1. Marinate the beef piece with pepper, salt, soya sauce, ginger and garlic paste, vinegar, and chilli flakes. Let the mixture rest overnight.
  2. Heat the grill/pan with a little oil or butter and fry the meat on low heat till the water evaporates and oil is visible again.
  3. Flip it around till the meat gets tender.
  4. Cook it in garlic and rosemary for 5 minutes to develop some intense taste.
  5. Cut into slices and put it in a tray
  6. Serve with cold drinks and French fries.

Chops:

Ingredients:

  1. Coriander
  2. Green chillies
  3. Ginger paste
  4. Garlic paste
  5. Salt
  6. Pepper

Method:

  1. Blend all the ingredients to make a paste
  2. Rub the paste onto the chops
  3. Let sit for a few hours
  4. Dip the chops in egg and bread crumbs and freeze for an hour. (optional)
  5. Deep fry or grill the chops till they turn golden brown.
  6. Serve with rice, green chutney, and drinks.
