Best way to make goat leg

 As eid is approaching and there will be meat in everyone’s refrigerator, how about some fancy recipes for you to utilize the meat in the most feasible ways?

One of the lushest and most tempting pieces of meat is goat leg, the most consumed meat in the world. Nutrition-wise, goat leg and its soup work wonder, but as per ‘The Eid occasion, we will make a roast out of it with some little and easy tricks.

We would start with all the ingredients required.

Ingredients:

  1. Crushed ginger – 4 to 5 spoons
  2. Crushed garlic cloves- 5 to 6 spoons
  3. Green chilies – 4 spoons
  4. Grounded spices – 1 tsp
  5. Salt – 1 tsp
  6. Red chilies – 1 tsp
  7. Oil – 4 to 5 spoons
  8. Lemon juice – 5 to 6 tsp
  9. Yogurt – 4 to 5 spoons

Method:

To set the spices into the meat, you must poke the leg with the fork, drizzle lemon juice, and rub. Leave the leg for 10 minutes and prepare the mixture meanwhile. Mix all the spices in the yogurt and marinate the meat with the mixture prepared. Coat the leg well and let it sit overnight or for 7 to 8 hours at least.

For cooking, fry both sides of the leg in oil; you don’t need to add anything because the yogurt will leave enough water for the meat to tenderize. Cover the pot and let the meat simmer in it for some time.

Now the main part, some people like it this way and some want the meat to be a bit hard. To make it crispy, you need to fry the meat for 2 to 3 minutes more.

Finally, before taking out the meat, put 3 to 4 cups of tomato ketchup and cook for another minute.

Serve with wedges and beverages.
