And at least one other company seemed to think this would be a great idea for their employees. Her TikTok user (@itskylie94) named Kylie showed it off in a viral post on TikTok. Their job applications were directed at her, wanting a shot at working in such a cool environment.

In a series of clips, Kylie showcased her boss’s decision to build a series of tiny homes to make it more fun for her employees to come to the office.

Many viewers who saw the post wondered what Kylie was up to. She seems to work in property management. So it makes sense that there are various scaled-down houses and different buildings scattered throughout the building.

Plus, inside the workspace, there’s no drab carpet or typical frosted glass conference room setup. Gone are the boring corridors and hallways, replaced instead by neighborhood vibes.

After seeing her first clip, TikTokers asked Kylie a lot of questions and demanded that she set up more of her work.

She said she works for a property management company, so it makes sense why everyone would have their own little house and work in it.

She also responded to “disgusting” comments from people who said they’d rather the money be spent on pay raises and bonuses than in businesses that spend money on tiny homes for their workers. Kylie rejected the idea, saying she’d rather work for a business that “really cares” for her than worry about adding extra money to her salary.
